Small Bone Innovations has sold its shoulder-related assets to Fx Solutions of Rue de Majornas, a French company that is focused on providing treatment solutions for shoulder fractures and trauma and will market the newly acquired assets, according to a Small Bone Innovations news release.
SBi will use the proceeds from the sale to streamline product management efforts and accelerate product introductions and launches. SBi will focus on the STAR Total Ankle joint replacement system, the company's current market share leader.
The company does not expect the transaction to have a material impact on reported revenues.
