Philadelphia-based Rothman Institute has opened a new 11,000-square-foot office in Newtown, Pa., that includes 10 exam rooms, an X-ray suite and physical therapy space.

Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Ohio announced plans to develop a $2.5 million new practice building and will begin construction on the 14,000-square-foot facility this spring.

Rockford (Ill.) Orthopedic Associates and Crystal Lake Orthopedics have announced their intention to merge, which they expect to complete this fall.

Cheyenne, Wyo.-based Wyoming Orthopedics and Sports Medicine has doubled its size by moving into a new office that includes 18 exam rooms and a rehabilitation gym.

Two large physician groups in New York, Northeast Orthopaedics and Orthopaedic Associates of Saratoga, have merged to form OrthoNY, which includes 27 physicians and seven office locations.

Orthopaedic and Spine Institute Medical Centers in San Antonio have formed a new pediatric orthopedic medical center.

Delaware Orthopedics and Sports Medicine joined Ohio Orthopedic Center of Excellence, based in Columbus, which also recently merged with Cardinal Orthopaedic Institute.
