Concord (N.H.) Orthopaedics asked the city council to rezone a residential neighborhood for expansion purposes, according to Concord Monitor.
Here are four points:
1. Concord Orthopaedics hopes to construct a 20,000-sqaure-foot surgical facility, and the rezoning would help the process.
2. Concord's city council sent the request to the planning board, which involves the public.
3. The planning board will likely hold a public hearing to discuss the rezoning request in March 2017.
4. Concord Orthopaedics offers general orthopedics, spine surgery, total joint surgery, foot and ankle surgery, hand surgery, sports medicine and rheumatology, among other services.
