Wayne, Pa.-based Penn Orthopaedics of Penn Medicine in Philadelphia and Sellersville, Pa.-based Grand View Health are collaborating to improve access to orthopedic care in Bucks and Montgomery counties, reports Philly Voice.

The goal is to consult one another on complex cases and best treatment methods as well as advance programs available to patients.

Grand View operates two health centers, a hospital and an outpatient center in Bucks County and two outpatient facilities in Montgomery County.

"In addition to supporting the excellent surgical care delivered by such a strong group of physicians, we have an opportunity to fast-track access to advanced clinical research and treatments only available at Penn Medicine," said Scott Levin, MD, chair of orthopedic surgery at Penn Medicine.
