Below is a breakdown of centers that have returned or announced plans to return to elective procedures.

Highlands Medical Center restarted elective procedures May 4, Waff 48 reports.
Arizona
Northwest NeuroSpecialists in Tucson returned to elective surgeries May 1.
California
Keck Medicine of University of Southern California in Los Angeles recently reopened for elective procedures, rescheduling younger and healthier patients first.
Fremont, Calif.-based Silicon Valley Orthopaedics restarted elective procedures.
Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta (Calif.) plans to restart elective procedure May 11.
Hoag Orthopedic Institute resumed elective procedures May 1.
Colorado
Centers for Gastroenterology's three Colorado practices were seeing elective procedure volumes return as of May 7.
Florida
Gainesville-based Orthopaedic Institute reopened for elective surgeries May 4.
Bradenton-based Coastal Orthopedics resumed all services, including elective surgeries.
Citrus Orthopaedic and Joint Institute Plan in Lenock and Cape Outpatient Surgery Center in Sarasota also began performing elective procedures May 4.
Vero Orthopaedics & Neurology in Vero Beach, Fla. restarted elective surgeries.
Fort Walton Beach, Fla.-based Orthopaedic Associates resumed elective surgeries May 4.
Georgia
Resurgens Orthopaedics' ASCs opened for all orthopedic surgeries and medical treatments May 6.
Illinois
Chicago-based Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is resuming elective surgeries May 11 in accordance with Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker's recent guidance.
Des Plaines-based Illinois Bone & Joint Institute is returning to elective surgeries May 11.
Mattoon, Ill.-based Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center plans to resume elective procedures May 11.
Southern Illinois hospitals like Decatur Memorial Hospital, Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Advocate Eureka Hospital and OSF St. Joseph Medical Center plan to restart elective procedures the week of May 11.
Palos Hills (Ill.) Surgery Center resumed elective procedures.
Midwest Bone and Joint Institute will restart elective procedures at its five locations May 11.
Anderson Hospital's surgery center in Maryville, Ill., will open to elective surgery patients May 11, according to The Telegraph.
Iowa
Carroll, Iowa-based St. Anthony Regional Hospital began elective procedures May 5, CBC Online reports.
Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake, Iowa, is resuming some elective surgeries May 11, but total joint replacements are still on hold.
Kansas
Kansas City, Mo.-based University of Kansas Health System, HCA Midwest Health and Saint Luke's Health System are in the process of restarting their elective surgical programs, KSHB reports.
Kentucky
Maysville, Ky.-based Meadowview Regional Medical Center restarted elective procedures May 5.
Michigan
Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System resumed performing outpatient elective surgeries at its five hospitals April 21.
Minnesota
Minneapolis-based Twin Cities Orthopedics is returning to elective surgeries at its ASCs on May 11. FOX9 reported.
Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic in Mankato, Minn., is resuming elective procedures the second week of May with new safety protocols in place, according to KEYC News Now.
Missouri
Cape Girardeau-based Saint Francis Medical Center resumed elective procedures April 27.
Mississippi
Tupelo-based North Mississippi Medical Center restarted elective surgeries at certain locations — including its ASC — April 28.
Nebraska
Nebraska Spine Hospital reopened for elective procedures on May 1.
Nevada
As of April 8, Las Vegas-based Desert Orthopaedic Center is resuming elective surgeries but will continue offering telehealth appointments.
New Hampshire
Auburn, N.H.-based Access Surgery Center reopened for elective procedures May 4.
New Mexico
New Mexico Surgery Center Orthopaedics is progressively re-opening for medically necessary non-emergency surgeries May 12. The center will operate at 50 percent capacity for the first two weeks it's open.
New York
Syracuse, N.Y.-based Upstate University Hospital and St. Joseph Health plans to restart elective procedures the week of May 11.
Kingston, N.Y.-based HealthAlliance Hospital and Poughkeepsie, N.Y.-based MidHudson Regional Hospital restarted elective procedures.
Hornell, N.Y.-based St. James Hospital restarted elective procedures, RochesterFirst.com reports.
North Carolina
Winston-Salem-based Novant Health resumed elective procedures May 4.
Bern, N.C.-based CarolinaEast Health System restarted elective procedures May 4.
North Dakota
Fargo-based Center for Pain Medicine Clinic and Surgery Center reopened for elective procedures April 22.
Ohio
Cleveland Clinic is resuming all outpatient surgeries, procedures and appointments paused during the COVID-19 pandemic at its clinics in Ohio and Florida.
Oklahoma
Enid-based facilities St. Mary's Regional Medical Center and Integris Bass Baptist Health Center resumed elective surgeries April 24.
Oregon
Pendleton, Ore.-based St. Anthony Hospital restarted elective procedures May 4, East Oregonian reports.
Pennsylvania
Rothman Orthopaedic Institute in Philadelphia recently began performing nonessential surgeries again.
South Carolina
Surgery Center of Aiken and Aiken Regional Medical Center resumed elective procedures April 20.
South Dakota
Rapid City, S.D.-based Monument Health will resume elective procedures May 12, Rapid City Journal reports.
Tennessee
Paris-based Henry County Medical Center returned to elective surgeries April 30 at both the hospital and its surgery center, according to The Paris Post-Intelligencer.
Galen Medical Group in Hixen, Tenn., is restarting in-office visits for eye care, internal medicine and other services, according to a May 8 announcement on TheChattanoogan.com.
Texas
Irving-based Christus Health began to certify its facilities to perform elective surgeries again April 22.
Texarkana-based Wadley Regional Medical Center began to certify its facility to perform elective procedures on April 23.
Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock resumed some elective cases April 27 at its surgical centers, which remained open for emergent cases, KCBD reported.
North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center in Grapevine restarted elective surgeries.
Vermont
Rutland City, Vt.-based Rutland Regional Medical Center plans to restart procedures May 8, Rutland Herald reports.
Virginia
Richmond-based OrthoVirginia returned to elective procedures May 1.
Norfolk, Va.-based Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters planned to resume elective procedures soon after Gov. Ralph Northam lifted statewide restrictions May 1.
As of May 8, University of Virginia Health in Charlottesville was rescheduling surgeries, procedures and outpatient clinic visits that had been postponed, CBS19 News reported.
West Virginia
Martinsburg, W.Va.-based Berkeley Medical Center plans to restart elective procedures May 18.
Wisconsin
Fort Atkinson, Wis.-based Fort HealthCare will resume elective procedures May 11, the Daily Union reports.
The physicians at Brookfield, Wis.-based Aspen Orthopedic Specialists are resuming orthopedic surgery and in-office care, the practice announced the first week of May.
