Fargo, N.D.-based Northern Neurosurgery & Spine is set to lease space in a $16 million medical facility with a surgery center in Duluth, Minn., according to the Duluth News Tribune.
The center "will provide boutique clinical and surgical care not currently available in our market under one roof," Ben Fagerlie, administrator at the practice, said in a news release.
Titanium Partners is redeveloping the UnitedHealth Group building. UHG will remain on the top floor with its 600 on-site employees.
A physical therapy practice and Dermatology Duluth will also lease space in the building.
Construction is set to begin in June and end in late 2021.
