A patient who has had four spine surgeries at Phoenix-based HonorHealth pledged $21.5 million to develop the Bob Bové Neuroscience Institute at HonorHealth, the Scottsdale Progress reports.
The multidisciplinary neuroscience institute is being built at HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center. It will comprise a team of several specialists, including neurosurgeons, neurologists and therapists.
The center will provide inpatient and outpatient treatments for conditions of the spine, brain and nervous system. It will offer infusion therapy, imaging and neuroscience clinical trials, among other services.
The facility is expected to open in May.
