Here are five spine practices to know:
Metropolitan Neurosurgery (Coon Rapids, Minn.). Metropolitan Neurosurgery was founded in 1980 and has six community clinics in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Six neurosurgeons are on staff, and the practice is one of the few independent neurosurgery groups in the region.
Southwest Florida Neurosurgical & Rehab Associates (Fort Myers). Southwest Florida Neurosurgical & Rehab Associates has five physicians. Services include spinal stenosis treatment, kyphoplasty, herniated disc treatment and pain management.
Seton Spine & Scoliosis Center (Austin). Seton Spine & Scoliosis Center has six physicians, including North American Spine Society president Eeric Truumees, MD. It's the only spine specialized neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery and non-surgical rehabilitation group in central Texas.
Southern California Brain & Spine Surgery (Los Angeles). Southern California Brain & Spine Surgery is operated by Moksha Ranasinghe, MD. She treats a variety of spine and brain conditions.
West Suburban Neurosurgical Associates (Westmont, Ill.). West Suburban Neurosurgical Associates was founded in 1968. It's operated by Robert Kazan, MD.
