OrthoBethesda (Md.) has partnered with Washington Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in Washington, D.C., to form a 27-physician group.
"Our partnership with WOSM provides scale to invest in practices in this and other mid-Atlantic markets in 2022, and further solidifies our position as the top provider network in the region," OrthoBethesda CEO Emil Engels said in a Jan. 10 news release.
WOSM has 12 physicians and has served patients in the Washington metropolitan area for more than 35 years. OrthoBethesda was founded in 1965 and has 15 physicians.
