Chicago-based Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush has expanded its pediatric orthopedic presence across three locations in Illinois.
Monica Kogan, MD, a Rush physician and assistant professor and director of the Pediatric Orthopedics program at Rush, will now practice at Rush's Chicago, Westchester and Joliet locations.
Dr. Kogan joined Rush in 2006 after completing her orthopedic surgical residency at Chicago's Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
"I am convinced that Dr. Kogan's expertise, core values and dedication to the areas in which she serves will solidify her as a pillar of the medical communities in Joliet and Westchester, while she continues her impactful work in Chicago," Brian Cole, MD, managing partner at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, said in an Oct. 3 press release.
