Montecito Medical purchased a medical office property in Bartlett, Tenn. that houses OrthoSouth.
The medical office space is 20,900 square feet and is fully occupied by the orthopedic practice, according to an Oct. 10 news release. It is adjacent to a 196-bed hospital campus.
OrthoSouth was founded in 1942, and its physicians practice across 10 locations.
