U.S. Orthopaedic Partners added two practices in Louisiana — Alexandria-based Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center and Orthopaedic Associates of New Orleans.
United Musculoskeletal Partners
United Musculoskeletal Partners added two practices in Texas: All-Star Orthopaedics in Irving and OrthoTexas in Plano.
Brian Cormican was named CEO of United Musculoskeletal Partners' Texas market. United Musculoskeletal Partners named Drew Neumeyer as CEO of its Colorado market.

MedVanta added three leaders to its team. The MSO named Tony Ti as its first chief information officer. Christine DeAngelis was named sernior vice president of managed care and payor strategy. Rachel Mazzotta is MedVanta's vice president of program development.

Physician-led orthopedic management services organization Orthopaedic Solutions Management has expanded into two new cities in Florida: Gainesville and Ocala.
Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company
Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company has acquired MyACTome, a digital health platform for fall risk and frailty assessment.
Danbury-based OrthoConnecticut partnered with HOPCo. OrthoConnecticut has 48 providers across 9 locations in the state.
Phoenix-based Arizona Neurosurgery and Spine Specialists partnered with HOPCo and is now part of The CORE Institute.
HOPCo has partnered with Luna, a physical therapy company. Together the pair will form HOPCo at Home and roll out across the U.S. later in 2023, Luna said in a March 28 news release. Under the partnership, Luna will help provide in-home and outpatient physical therapy to patients with HOPCo's network. The company's technology will also be integrated into HOPCO's recently-acquired MSK.ai platform.
HOPCo partnered with Provider Network Solutions to establish a joint venture: HOPCo Network Solutions. The joint venture will acquire the existing PNS musculoskeletal value-based care networks across Florida. HOPCo Network Solutions will add to HOPCo's existing value-based specialty networks, including HOPCo Florida MSK and HOPCo Arizona MSK.
