Irvine, Calif.-based South County Orthopedic Specialists partnered with Switchboard, MD to streamline its call center operations, according to an Aug. 26 news release.
The orthopedic practice will use Switchboard, MD's artificial intelligence and machine learning platform to streamline the communication process, the company said.
Tools include real-time call transcription, guided scheduling prompts and medical record matching.
