Albany, N.Y.-based Bone & Joint Center promoted director of operations Tracy Lis to chief operating officer.
Ms. Lis has worked in healthcare administration for more than 20 years and has worked at the practice since 2021, according to a Sept. 27 news release shared with Becker's. In her new role, Ms. Lis will oversee day-to-day operations.
In her past role with the practice, she oversaw changes including EHR implementation and construction of the urgent care service.
The Bone & Joint Center was founded in 1963.
