Physician Partners of America acquired M.I. Spine and Joint Care, a practice based in Prosper, Texas, according to an Oct. 24 news release.
The acquisition went into effect Oct. 16, and patients are now treated at PPOA's clinics throughout the state.
PPOA is based in Tampa, Fla., and has locations in Florida and Texas.
