1. An all-inclusive program, Canadian Care Connect offers Canadians treatment access for joint replacement or spine surgery in as few as 14 days.
2. Phoenix Spine & Joint Medical Director Daniel Lieberman, MD, said they wanted to offer an alternative for Canadians "seeking more urgent relief," as wait times in the country are often longer than in the U.S.
3. Phoenix Spine & Joint performs all surgeries outpatient in its surgery center.
4. The practice works closely with the patients' primary care physicians to ensure an integrated, concierge-style experience.
