Killeen, Texas-based Integrated Pain Associates acquired Abilene-based Texas Sport & Spine July 8, the Abilene Reporter News reports.
What you should know:
1. Dan Munton, MD, owned Texas Sport & Spine. Dr. Munton decided to "shift the focus of his practice" and turned over the care of his patients to IPA.
2. IPA will close its existing Abilene practice and relocate the assets to Texas Sport & Spine.
3. IPA has four Texas locations.
