Healthcare real estate investor Caddis and Invesco Real Estate acquired a 41,205-square-foot orthopedic medical office building that houses an ASC, Connect Chicago reports.

What you should know:

1. Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis is the sole tenant of the medical office building.

2. Hand to Shoulder physicians will continue to see patients out of the practice.

3. Neither the joint venture nor the seller disclosed deal terms.

Caddis manager of acquisitions Chris Morgan said, "Since its founding in 1971, the center has grown and succeeded and now serves more than 50,000 patients annually."
