Seattle-based Proliance Surgeons signed a contract to use Andor Health's mobile care team collaboration platform, ThinkAndor, according to a March 3 announcement.
What you should know:
1. ThinkAndor is designed to help streamline clinical communication workflows across facilities and care settings while increasing physicians' care capacity and satisfaction.
2. The platform collects context-specific information from different EMR systems and pushes it to providers in real time.
3. In addition, ThinkAndor will proactively notify front-office staff of missing patient information that could result in a schedule delay or procedure cancellation.
With more than 425 providers, "Proliance Surgeons annually treats more than 650,000 patients at more than 100 care centers in Washington state," said CEO Mark Barnhart. "Given the huge volume of patients we help, every minute of every day counts. ThinkAndor should enable our clinicians and staff to spend less time on unnecessary tasks and have more time for taking care of patients."
