Three details:
1. The facility is six stories, 150,000 square-feet and is the campus' fourth medical office.
2. Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy and orthopedic surgery.
3. The top three floors will eventually house other physicians, including a cardiologist and neurosurgeon.
