'We are growing strategically and geographically': Beacon Orthopaedics plans 2 Kentucky clinics

Practice Management

Cincinnati-based Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is bolstering its presence in Northern Kentucky with two more clinics, according to The Lane Report.

The 42-physician group is opening a facility in Crestview Hills, Ky., July 14 and another in Fort Thomas, Ky., in early 2022.

Beacon currently has one Kentucky location in Erlanger. It has 11 locations in Ohio and two in Indiana, according to its website.

"Bringing the best care to more patients is what we are accomplishing in Northern Kentucky and across Greater Cincinnati," Beacon President Peter Cha, MD, told the publication. "We are growing strategically and geographically with the Beacon model that places emphasis on quality, access and value."

Earlier this year, the practice recruited four surgeons who previously practiced with Cincinnati-based Wellington Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine, which merged with OrthoCincy Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in January.
