AdventHealth Neuroscience Institute is building a spine-focused medical facility with real estate investment firm Verax Investments in Winter Garden, Fla., the investment firm said Aug. 2.
The 24,000-square-foot building will be under the management of Orlando (Fla.) Neurosurgery, an anchor tenant with AdventHealth Physical Therapy.
The two-story project broke ground July 15 and is slated for completion in the spring of 2022, according to Verax Investments.
