Birmingham, Ala.-based Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center will use Modernizing Medicine's EHR system across its six offices, the practice said Sept. 1.
Modernizing Medicine's EMA software is made specifically for orthopedic practices. Staff at Andrews reportedly found the system was easy to use and streamlined business.
"With more time to focus on patients, we see this investment as much about providing superior patient care as it is about keeping ahead on technology innovation and provider satisfaction," practice CEO Lisa Warren said.
The practice plans to use the EHR to streamline workflows and office design at its upcoming location opening in 2022.
