Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based Beach Cities Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, an affiliate of American Orthopedic Partners, added Chris Mellano, MD.
Dr. Mellano earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles and completed his residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, according to a Feb. 1 news release.
He received additional shoulder, elbow and sports medicine training at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and has worked with professional athletes.
Beach Cities Orthopedics & Sports Medicine was founded in 2008 by Brad Thomas, MD, and William Mealer, MD. The practice began its affiliation with AOP in 2020.
