Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Kendrick E. Lee of Webster Orthopedics

Kendrick E. Lee, MD, of Oakland, Calif.-based Webster Orthopedics, specializes in reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, and disorders of the hand, wrist and elbow. He has special interests in peripheral nerve surgery, bone and joint repair and reconstruction, pediatric hand disorders and microsurgery.

Dr. Lee has served as a consultant for the Oakland A's for over 10 years, and currently serves as a hand surgery consultant to the Oakland Raiders.

 

Previously, Dr. Lee served four years as an assistant professor of orthopedics and rehabilitation at the Yale University School of Medicine, where his academic practice included general orthopedics, trauma, spine and hip and knee joint replacement surgery, as well as hand surgery.

 

Currently, Dr. Lee serves on various committees for the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and as consultant on the Clinical Consultation Corner panel of the ASSH.

 

After receiving his medical degree from Yale, Dr. Lee completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Yale. Dr. Lee also completed a hand surgery fellowship with the Curtis National Hand Center in Baltimore.
