Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth (Mass.) named R. Scott Oliver, MD, chief of surgery, according to a Wicked Local Plymouth report.

1. Dr. Oliver is an orthopedic surgeon on staff at Beth Israel and New England Baptist Hospital in Boston.
2. He is also the president of the Plymouth Bay Orthopedic Associates.
3. He has previously served as president of the Massachusetts Orthopaedic Association.
4. He focuses on computer-assisted hip/knee replacements, general orthopedic surgery and joint arthroscopy.
