Amin Afsari, DO, is an orthopedic surgeon with Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Franklin, Wis.

Dr. Afsari specializes in upper extremity procedures, including elbow, hand, shoulder and wrist. He's also experienced in minimally invasive surgery.

 

Dr. Afsari is a lifelong soccer player, referee and coach, and uses his knowledge when strategizing and treating patients.

 

Dr. Afsari earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif., and completed his residency at Grandview/Kettering Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. He also completed a fellowship at the NYU Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City.

 

Dr. Afsari has been in practice for 13 years and is one of 16 physicians at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints in Racine, Wis., and one of 41 physicians at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-St. Francis in Milwaukee.
