Bloomington, Minn.-based Tria Orthopaedic Center's plans for its new 78,000-square-foot facility in Woodbury, Minn., have been approved by the Woodbury Planning Commission, according to a Woodbury Bulletin report.

Here are three notes:

1. Once the Woodbury City Council green lights the project, Tria will move ahead and break ground on the new three-floor facility in spring 2016.

2. The facility will include clinic and exam areas, a space for rehabilitation services as well as surgical suites.

3. The city council will look into the plans for construction at a March 23 meeting.
