Physical medicine and rehabilitation physician Jared R. Kirkham, MD, joined Anchorage (Ala.) Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic.

4. Dr. Kirkham earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle and completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
