Ralph Salvagno, MD, plans to retire from his career as an orthopedic surgeon.

 

St. Louis Cardinals' relief pitcher Zach Duke had Tommy John ligament replacement surgery performed by James Andrews, MD.

 

Margaret Harvey, DO, is joining the Greenwich, Conn.-based Plancher Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.
