A. Noelle Larson, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Larson specializes in treating foot deformities, growth plate fractures, hip dysplasia and scoliosis and performs Mehta cast as well. Her primary clinical interests include scoliosis, pediatric hip deformity and hip dysplasia, pediatric foot deformity and more.
Much of her research focuses on treating pediatric orthopedic conditions, early-onset scoliosis, techniques to treat scoliosis and low-dose radiation techniques.
Dr. Larson currently serves as associate professor of orthopedics at Mayo Clinic and has published her research in Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics, Spine, Journal of Orthopaedic Research and more.
After graduating from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Dr. Larson completed her orthopedic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester and underwent pediatric orthopedics and scoliosis fellowship training at Dallas-based Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
