Newport Beach, Calif.-based DISC Surgery Center added multiple physicians, according to a Nov. 20 news release.
"In building out DISC's ASC model, we have not only focused on identifying doctors who are leaders and specialists in their fields but we have also been committed to positioning their individual practices to thrive," said James Becker, CEO of DISC parent company, TriasMD, said in the release. "Each of these newly joining physicians is best-in-class, and we're excited to work with them to serve an increasing patient population."
Five physicians joined DISC Surgery Center's Los Angeles county location:

Raj Desai, MD: Pain management
Deven Khosla, MD: Spine surgeon
Daniel Nagasawa, MD: Spine surgeon
Edward Nomoto, MD: Spine surgeon
Three physicians joined DISC Surgery Center's Orange county location:
Steven Girdler, MD: Spine surgeon
Duke Hasson, MD: Orthopedic surgeon
Brandon Hirsch, MD: Spine surgeon
