Here are seven orthopedic surgeons making headlines.

WVU Medicine Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg welcomed Dwight Kemp, DO.

 

Christopher Wittgren, DO, joined Western Missouri Bone and Joint in Warrensburg.

 

Bethlehem, Pa.-based Coordinated Health orthopedic surgeon James Hoffman, MD, performed the first shoulder replacement in Nepal at the Nepal Orthopaedic Hospital.

 

The Expert Network inducted Portsmouth (N.H.) Regional Hospital surgeon Moby Parsons, MD, as a Distinguished Doctor based on his peer reviews, recognitions and accomplishments.

 

The New Orleans Saints fired team physicians Deryk Jones, MD, and Misty Suri, MD, after the misdiagnosed cornerback Delvin Breaux with a contusion. After a second opinion it was discovered Mr. Breaux suffered a fractured fibula.
