Jimmy Chow, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon and partner at Phoenix-based Hedley Orthopaedic Institute.
He treats hip and knee injuries.
Dr. Chow earned his medical degree from University of Chicago, where he also completed an internship and residency. He completed two fellowships — an adult reconstructive surgery fellowship at Boston-based New England Baptist Hospital and a sports medicine fellowship at Mt. Vernon-based Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois.
AZ Business Magazine named Dr. Chow its "Physician of the Year," while the Phoenix Business Journal included him as one of its "40 under 40" in 2013.
Dr. Chow performed the first ever SuperPath total hip procedure in September 2008.
He is a member of several professional societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
