Orthopedic surgeon Stanley Michael, MD, joined N.J.-based Cape Regional Physicians Associates, according to the Cape May County Herald.
Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Michael is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who will see patients at Cape Regional's Penn Orthopaedics Office in Cape May Court House, N.J.
2. He joins Cape Regional Health System from Manahawkin, N.J.-based Southern Ocean Medical Center, where he was the medical director of the joint replacement program.
3. Dr. Michael served as an orthopedic surgeon at Temple University Hospital and as assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia.
4. Dr. Michael received his medical degree from Christian Medical College and Hospital in Vellore, India. He underwent fellowship training at Temple University Hospital.
