Gulf Breeze, Fla.-based Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine welcomed Eddie Powell, MD, according to Santa Rosa's Press Gazette.
Here are four highlights:
1. Dr. Powell is an orthopedic trauma and fracture care specialist.
2. His clinical interests include pelvic and complex fractures, malunions and nonunions and polytraumatized patients.
3. After earning his medical degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, N.C., Dr. Powell completed his residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown.
4. Dr. Powell underwent fellowship training at Pittsburgh-based Allegheny General Hospital.
