Reginald Odom was appointed senior vice president and chief people officer at New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery.
In his new role, he will focus on employee engagement, talent acquisition and management, organizational development, and succession planning, according to an April 2 news release. He's expected to start April 5.
Before joining HSS, Mr. Odom was chief human resources officer at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. He has more than two decades of human resources experience, and 14 of those years were in healthcare.
