The average incentive bonus for orthopedic physicians was $116,000. Physician Thrive's previous report, the Physician Compensation Report 2020, listed the average orthopedic incentive bonus as $96,000.

2. Ophthalmology: $87,000
3. Otolaryngology: $72,000
4. Urology: $72,000
5. Cardiology: $71,000
