Enovis, Colfax's orthopedic spinoff company, is expected to complete separation April 4.
The spinoff will be traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ENOV," according to a March 14 news release.
Enovis' board of directors was announced March 11. Colfax is the parent company of orthopedic devicemaker DJO.
