1. Exactech named Tony Collins as its new chief financial officer. He joined from Xenter, a healthcare startup. Before that, he spent 11 years at Zimmer Biomet where he was group CFO. He has held other leadership roles including vice president of finance, corporate controller and chief accounting officer.
2. Spire Orthopedic Partners, a Greenwich, Conn.-based management services organization, added Patrick Seiler as CFO. His last role was CFO of ResotrixHealth.
