Orthopedic surgeons Jeffrey Giuliani, MD, and Stephen Malekzadeh, MD, are going to operate on D.C. United soccer player Mohanad Jeahze following an injury he sustained to his right ankle on June 14.
Mr. Jeahze will undergo the procedure on June 21, according to a June 20 press release from the soccer team. The procedure is expected to end Mr. Jeahze's soccer season.
Dr. Giuliani and Dr. Malekzadeh are surgeons at Inova Sports Medicine in Fairfax, Va.
