Rockford-based OrthoIllinois has completed its new OrthoIllinois Surgery Center in Elgin, according to a Sept. 18 report from the Daily Herald.
The center has four operating rooms equipped for shoulder, neck and spine, foot and ankle, and hip and knee surgeries.
The ASC is undergoing the Illinois Department of Health and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care credentialing process and hopes to begin performing procedures by the end of the year, the report said.
