Darin Johnson has been promoted from president to CEO of orthopedic devicemaker Exactech.
Mr. Johnson has served as interim CEO since March and succeeds Jeffrey Binder, chairman of Exactech's board, according to a Sept. 26 news release from the company.
Mr. Johnson joined Exactech in 2002 and has held several executive-level leadership roles.
