Portland Trailblazers center Robert Williams, III, underwent knee surgery, the team said Nov. 13.
Walt Lowe, MD, treated Mr. Williams' torn right ligament in a reconstruction surgery Nov. 5 at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center in Houston, according to a news release.
The NBA player is expected to make a full recovery for the 2024 season.
