New York Knicks player to undergo surgery at HSS

New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson will have surgery on his left ankle at New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery, according to a post by the team Dec. 11 on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Mr. Robinson suffered a stress fracture on the ankle in a game against the Boston Celtics, according to a Dec. 11 report from Yahoo Sports. He will be evaluated by HSS again in eight to 10 weeks to determine if he can return to play.
