A Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based medical office building housing Northwell Health’s Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group has sold for $6.3 million, according to a Jan. 9 report from Long Island Business News.
The 16,675-square-foot building, which is fully leased by Northwell and a cosmetic surgery group, was sold to a group of local commercial real estate investors.
Northwell's Rockville Centre location offers services including foot and ankle, knee, sports medicine and pain management care.
