Steve Holtzclaw, MD, took over as USOP's CEO in January. Previously, he spent nearly two years as a strategic advisor for U.S. Acute Care Solutions.
Graham Young became USOP's senior vice president of business development in November 2020. Previously, he spent almost five years with Johnson & Johnson.
Jeff Crudele, CFO of USOP, previously served as CFO of Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network but retired in 2019.
Louis McIntyre, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon and USOP's chief quality officer.
Randy White joined USOP as its senior vice president of information technology, security and privacy in 2020. Previously, he spent almost four years as director of information technology at Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Jackson.
Allen Anderson joined USOP in 2020 as vice president of Alabama and Louisiana operations. He spent nine years as CFO at Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center and has a strong background in medical accounting, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and budgeting.
Meredith Warf joined USOP in 2020 as its senior vice president of operations and ASC strategy. She is also vice president of Mississippi operations. Previously, she spent 15 years at Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in roles including administrator, COO and interim CEO.
Aaron McKevitt joined USOP in July as its senior director of marketing and growth. He spearheads the marketing and growth strategies for USOP and collaborates with key stakeholders to establish marketing strategies that drive consumer acquisition and retention.
Tammy Highfield joined USOP in 2022 as its director of compliance. Previously, she served as an administrator for the North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic for 20 years.
