Novant Health orthopedic surgeon Brandon Valentine, MD, has been tapped as the system's new greater Charlotte market orthopedic surgery institute leader, according to a May 3 email shared with Becker's.
Dr. Valentine has been with Charlotte, N.C.-based Novant Health for 14 years specializing in hand surgery and wrist surgery.
He has led care variation reduction, quality, safety and patient experience performance at Novant Health Center City Outpatient Surgery Center and Novant Health Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital, the only orthopedic hospital in the region.
Additionally, he has been named a Charlotte Top Doctor and physician of the year at Novant Presbyterian and Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital.
