1. Ulnar collateral ligament (UCL), or reconstruction of the thumb.
2. Arthroscopic treatment for hip labral tear.
3. Distal clavicle resection (Mumford procedure).
4. Surgery for Dupuytren's contracture.
5. Endoscopic carpal tunnel release.
