Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center of Miami has added Tyler Kalbac, MD, to its team, according to a Sept. 18 report from Miami's Community News.
Dr. Kalbac will perform general orthopedic surgeries and specialize in foot and ankle operations at the sports medicine center, which has been treating patients for 50 years.
Dr. Kalbac is a third-generation orthopedic surgeon, with his grandfather founding the practice and his father currently serving as a surgeon.
He joins the center from Charlotte, N.C.-based OrthoCarolina, where he completed a foot and ankle fellowship.
